  16. The difference between AT&F1 and AT&F2 has nothing to do with flow
  17. control.  &F1 turns off the hardware DTR hangup option and makes the DCD
  18. line always on.  &F2 turns on the hardware DTR hangup and makes DCD follow
  19. the carrier.
